Nectar at the Villa Salon • Spa provides professional hair, skin, nail, and wellness services in El Dorado Hills, California. All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with California state regulations.
While our team strives to achieve your desired results, individual outcomes may vary based on your hair type, skin condition, existing treatments, and other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific results. Our stylists and estheticians will conduct a consultation before services to discuss realistic expectations.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform (Boulevard), by phone, or by request through our contact form. All appointments are subject to availability. Booking an appointment does not guarantee service if you arrive significantly late or fail to meet service prerequisites.
Some services or appointment types may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service. Deposit terms, including refundability, will be communicated at the time of booking.
We understand that delays happen. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation of your appointment, at our discretion. We appreciate your punctuality as it affects our entire team's schedule.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges. We understand that emergencies arise — please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website or booking platform are estimates. Final service pricing will be confirmed at or before the time of your appointment based on your consultation, hair or skin condition, and the complexity of the service required.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of checkout. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is at the client's discretion. Tips are greatly appreciated by our team and may be provided in cash or added to card payments.
Special offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and service limitations. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotional pricing applies only to the services specified in the offer.
Gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed for services at Nectar at the Villa Salon • Spa. Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership terms, including pricing, benefits, cancellation policies, and restrictions, will be provided separately at the time of enrollment. Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We ask that all clients treat our team and fellow guests with respect and courtesy.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who engages in conduct that is disruptive, threatening, or disrespectful to our staff or other guests, without refund.
Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the salon. Due to the nature of our services and for the safety of all clients, unsupervised children are not permitted in service areas.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, design elements, and photography, is the property of Nectar at the Villa Salon • Spa or our licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
We love celebrating our clients' results! By receiving services at our salon, you grant us permission to photograph your results for use on our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials, unless you expressly opt out by notifying us before your service.
We will not publish any photographs that identify you personally (such as photos that include your face) without your explicit written consent. Before-and-after hair or nail photos that do not include identifying features may be shared without additional consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Nectar at the Villa Salon • Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for personal items left on our premises. We recommend that clients take their valuables with them at all times.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Dorado County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms.
